The Shared Experience
Across all tracks and tiers, guests participate in a thoughtfully curated shared experience designed to support clarity, presence, and integration.
This includes daily nourishment through chef-prepared meals, guided practices such as breathwork, meditation and stillness, gentle movement or yoga, reflective time in nature, and intentional community gatherings woven throughout the retreat.
Each guest also receives access to a curated wellness and spa experience — designed to complement their time on retreat — with offerings and enhancements that vary by tier and are selected to support restoration, renewal, and embodied presence.
Excursions and cultural experiences are also thoughtfully incorporated across the retreat, allowing guests to connect with the place, the culture, and one another in ways that feel meaningful, expansive, and grounded.

Guests traveling with a spouse, partner, or family member who is not attending retreat sessions may add a Companion Pass.

Launching the Heal. Fill. Pour. retreat series in Hawai‘i was a profound experience for me — not because of the beauty of the place (though it was extraordinary), but because of the beauty of the people.

Speakers and facilitators for the 2026 retreat will be announced in phases throughout the year.
They will include voices from clinical leadership, systems and strategy, creativity, wellness, and cultural stewardship — each contributing to a multidimensional exploration of care, leadership, and human-centered work.

The retreat unfolds in three connected phases:

The retreat is designed so that each phase stands on its own while also forming a coherent arc — moving from reflection to imagination, from depth to design, from stewardship to strategy.
Your selected tier determines your accommodations and experience level, while your chosen track determines which sessions you attend.

Terms, Cancellation & Transfers
Due to the intimate, capacity-limited, and highly curated nature of this retreat, all payments are non-refundable.
This includes cancellation for personal or professional conflicts, illness, family emergencies, weather disruptions, airline delays, visa issues, or travel interruptions.
Transfers:
Registrations may be transferred to another qualified participant with prior written approval. Transfer requests must be submitted in writing and completed no later than 45 days prior to the retreat start date, unless otherwise approved at our discretion.
Force Majeure:
If the retreat must be postponed, relocated, or canceled due to circumstances beyond reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, political instability, resort closure, government restrictions, or other force majeure events), your registration will be applied to a future retreat or rescheduled experience. Cash refunds are not issued.
By registering, you agree to honor the retreat’s values of confidentiality, respect, and presence. The organizers reserve the right to remove any participant whose conduct compromises the safety, integrity, or experience of the group, without refund.
Policies & Agreements
Travel Insurance Required
Travel insurance is strongly required and expected for all retreat guests and companions.
This retreat involves international travel and advance contractual commitments. Travel insurance is the appropriate protection for unexpected events such as illness, emergencies, travel interruptions, delayed flights, weather events, or other circumstances that could affect attendance.
By registering, you acknowledge that you are responsible for securing your own travel insurance and that the retreat’s non-refundable policy remains in effect regardless of whether insurance is purchased.
