Cancellation, Refund, and Travel Protection Policy

Your decision to join us for Unplug. Unwind. Unwrap. is one we deeply honored. This retreat is intentionally intimate, carefully curated, and operationally complex. In order to protect the experience for all guests, our hosts, and our partners, the following policies outline the structure we follow for registration, cancellation, and protection.

Securing Your Place

Your space in the retreat is secured only once full payment or your selected payment plan is successfully processed.

Because we are contracting with an international luxury resort, facilitators, and service providers on your behalf, all retreat registrations are considered firm commitments.

This allows us to prepare your experience with intention, integrity, and care.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

All registrations for Unplug. Unwind. Unwrap. — Philippines 2026 are non-refundable.

Due to the limited capacity, advance contracting, and international logistics involved, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations for any reason, including but not limited to illness, personal emergencies, work or schedule conflicts, travel delays, or weather-related disruptions.

By registering, you acknowledge and accept that no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Travel Insurance Requirement (Mandatory)

Because this is an international retreat with significant non-refundable components, all guests are required to purchase travel insurance at the time of registration.

Your policy must include:

Trip cancellation coverage
Trip interruption coverage
Medical and emergency evacuation coverage

We strongly recommend selecting a plan that includes Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) coverage for maximum flexibility.

Proof of coverage will be requested within 14 days of booking. If you already carry a comparable policy, you may submit documentation in lieu.

Failure to provide proof of insurance may result in forfeiture of your registration without refund.

Cancellation or Rescheduling by the Host

In the unlikely event that the retreat must be canceled or rescheduled due to circumstances beyond our control — including but not limited to force majeure events, public health restrictions, or resort or facilitator unavailability — guests will be offered either:

A rescheduled retreat date, or
A transferable credit of equal value for a future retreat

Refunds will not be issued in these circumstances.

Participation, Access, and Scope of Experience

Retreat programming — including workshops, sessions, facilitated dialogues, and structured activities — is exclusive to registered participants only.

Companions do not attend workshops or structured retreat activities and are present solely for shared hospitality, accommodations, meals, wellness offerings, and excursions as defined by the tier selected.

This is an adult-only professional retreat. Families are welcome only in the context of approved companions and do not participate in retreat programming.

Any spa treatments, excursions, or services not explicitly listed as included in your selected tier are optional and subject to additional fees.

By registering for this retreat, you affirm that you:

Have read and understand this policy in full
Accept the non-refundable nature of your registration
Agree to secure and maintain appropriate travel insurance
Consent to these terms without exception
