Securing Your Spot

To reserve your space for this transformative experience, a full payment of the purchased retreat package value is required at the time of registration. This affirms your commitment and allows us to prepare with care, knowing you intend to journey with us.

 

Cancellation Policy

 

 All registrations for the Heal. Fill. Pour. Retreat are non-refundable. Due to the intimate nature and limited capacity of this retreat, we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations for any reason, including illness, travel delays, or personal emergencies.

To safeguard your investment, each guest is required to purchase travel insurance through Travel Guard, or a comparable provider, at the time of registration.

We strongly encourage guests to select a plan that includes coverage for trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and travel interruptions.

By registering, you acknowledge and accept this cancellation policy. Thank you for understanding our commitment to maintaining the integrity of this experience for all participants.

 

Cancellation by the Host

In the unlikely event that we must cancel or reschedule the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances, public health restrictions, or force majeure, all guests will be offered a rescheduled date or a transferable credit of equal value.

 

Travel Insurance Requirement

Though this retreat takes place within the United States, we still require all attendees to secure travel insurance that includes trip cancellation and interruption coverage.

We recommend adding “Cancel For Any Reason” (CFAR) coverage for maximum flexibility and peace of mind—especially considering weather disruptions, family emergencies, or unforeseen changes.

Proof of coverage will be requested within 14 days of booking. If you already carry a comparable policy, you may submit that documentation in lieu.

 

Important Notes

This is an adult-only professional retreat with a structured itinerary. While families are welcome to travel separately, the retreat activities are exclusive to registered participants and do not accommodate children or outside guests during group sessions or excursions.

• Alcohol is not included in any of the retreat offerings.
• Any upgrades, excursions, or wellness services not listed in the retreat itinerary will be optional and subject to additional fees.
• By registering for this retreat, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy in full.
