To ensure integrity for all participants, our hosts, and our partners, the following policy outlines the rhythm we follow for cancellation and refund.
1. Participation & Access

- Your registration grants you individual access to all livestreamed and recorded Heal. Fill. Pour.ā¢ sessions included in your registration.
- You will receive a private Zoom link and your digital swag bag before the retreat begins.
- Please do not share your Zoom link or materials; they are reserved for registered participants only.

2. Non-Clinical Role Disclosure
The Heal. Fill. Pour. Retreat is an educational and wellness experience.
Dr. Kiplee Bell and the Impactful CaregivingĀ® team will not be serving in a clinical or medical capacity.
No diagnosis, treatment, or individualized medical advice will be given.
By signing below, you acknowledge that your participation does not establish a clinician-patient relationship and that you will seek your own medical care as needed.
3. Recording & Media Consent
Some sessions may be recorded for educational and community purposes.
By participating, you consent to inclusion in session recordings (for example, live discussions or reflections).
If you prefer privacy, you may turn off your video during these portions.
Your likeness or voice will never be used in promotional content without your written consent.

4. Confidentiality & Respect

Our community thrives on trust and care.
You agree not to record, screenshot, or distribute retreat content or discussions without written permission.
You also agree to uphold respect, kindness, and inclusion throughout your participation.

5. Technology & Connectivity
Ā
Please ensure that you have:
- A stable internet connection
- A functioning camera and microphone
- A quiet and comfortable space to participate
Impactful CaregivingĀ® is not responsible for connectivity issues, local outages, or missed sessions due to technology limitations.

6. Refunds & Substitutions
Virtual Sanctuary registrations are non-refundable once your Zoom access link has been issued.
If you are unable to attend live, recordings will be available for a limited time following the retreat.

7. Acknowledgment of Responsibility
By signing below, you acknowledge that participation in this virtual experience is voluntary and carries its own risks.
You release and hold harmless Impactful CaregivingĀ®, Caregiver Coin (501(c)(3)), and all affiliated hosts and staff from any claims, damages, or injuries arising from your participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

8. Electronic Signature
By completing your purchase you are electronically signing these terms and confirm that you have read and understand this agreement and that your electronic signature is legally binding.
You agree to participate fully in The Virtual Sanctuary: A Heal. Fill. Pour. Experience in alignment with the spirit of community, confidentiality, and personal responsibility.
